New User - Receiveing audio but no video

Hey guys,

I'm a brand new user. I recently changed my os from windows MCE to XP Pro. I have the Haupagge WINTV-PVR 500 card. I do receive the audio and my remote is changing the channels, but there is no vieo. I'm somewhat computer savvy, but I'm new th the PVR thing. I'm running v0.99.12
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

You most likely havnt installed an MPEG2 decoder.
