I'm assuming the second tuner on the card

Add another capture device, selecting BDA Recording Plugin

Then select Hauppauge Nova-500 DVB-T (2) (your first device you setup should have been Hauppauge Nova-500 DVB-T (1) )
Setup the EPG source the same as the first tuner

You will end up with two capture devices both with the same channels on it (hopefully)

This works fine for me also. Another point is both tuners should be set as card 1.

so when you have a dual tuner like the 500, do you get a choice which one to use when selecting Live TV?

Believe it always tries to use the capture source at the bottom of the source list that has the required channel on it

Yes, I think live TV uses "bottom to top" and recordings use "top to bottom".

With my system of the 500 and pvr150 I set up a separate channel on each tuner that is unique so I can test things out.
