how do you make skins?

is there a guide or something to make skins. ive got a bit of free time and would like to learn?

There isn't really a guide, but just make a copy of one of the existing skin directories in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\skin, giving it the name you want for your skin. Next step is to typcially replace the existing background.jpg, and start looking in the skin.xml files for the settings you want to change...
