I cannot view any Live TV and when I select a show from the schedule by clicking on the "Watch" button, no video is displayed.

When I run the tuner, I get the following error message:
Default Failed to connect pinNameCrossbarAudioDecoderOut to pinNameCaptureAnalogAudioIn

Once the error message is cleared, the tuner begins to cycle through the channels as expected without any additional errors being reported.

I have selected the only capture card available (Hauppage 150MCE) when I check the box labeled "Only show devices detected in this machine" in the Direct Recording Configure dialog box.

I have attached a new set of log files.
