Team,
I noticed today that what I see as my EPG data in the Config tool of GBPVR differs with what I see in EWA. I was scheduling a show for my kids to watch, and an episode search stated the show existed on Channel 77 (Sprout). So I went to have a peek at the TV Guide tab in the EWA and found no Channel 77! I was confused, but figured it was something with the EPG data.
So I went to the config tool and sure enough, Channel 77 wasn't there. So I verified my Zap2It profile (and noticed they are shutting down soon...). I updated my profile to show the correct channel lineup, verified Sprout was indeed on Channel 77, and logged out.
Returning to the Config tool, I clicked the "Update EPG" button, and it reloaded the EPG data. After it was done, I noticed in the Config tool window that my channels looked a little strange. I found one duplicate entry for a source channel (two channel 91s), and some additional channels I hadn't selected in my Zap2It labs profile. AND, for channel 77, it listed it as TOOND, rather than Sprout. I removed the duplicate and unwanted entries and clicked Ok to complete, and then Ok to get out of the Config tool (restarting the recording service, and all that).
Returning to the EWA, I found that channel 77 STILL didn't show up. Yet the config tool shows it to exist. Just for fun, I removed channel 77 - TOOND, and added Channel 77 - Sprout manually. This made no difference in the EWA. The only thing I can think of at this point is that there is something corrupt with my XML file, or something similar. Any ideas before I start poking around (and breaking stuff)?
Regards,
LA.
