Exception starting config.exe

I've installed gb pvr 1.4.7 on a new Windows 7 system.
Everything was fine. After installing some software I get
an Microsfot .NET Framework exception when starting config.exe:

Method not found: "System.Collections.IList
NativeUtilities.SetupHelper.GetDecoderList(System.Guid,
System.Guid)".

Details:

You can continue but the left side of the Playback tab is not filled.
All combo boxes (Renderer and Decoder) are empty.

Does anybody knows whats going wrong or how to fix this issue?

I have the same error under Windows SBS 2003 with latest Updates!
It works with an older Version from GBPVR but not with 3.4.7
