Just like gEd I have the "terminate in unusual way" error so cannot run the new interface. I had the old version for months all OK. I've wiped the version a couple of times and reinstalled/rebooted C++ and still I cannot get the application GUI to open. The old GIU work for VRM7 (Dell GX280 P4) but reports an error on VRM9. The new one just crashes. Is it possible it doesn't check for VRM and just fails? Not sure what I'll do if old GUI is no longer supported and this issue is not fixed.
Keep up the great work on this product.

Is this when you're using the MVP server? It shouldnt require VMR9. If so, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

When you run PVRX2.exe on the PC, then it'll require VMR9. I do need to add a nice message though to tell the user its required if the videocard VMR9 isnt able to do it.

If your machine cant run VMR9 though, there isnt much advice I can give other than suggesting you upgrade your video card. A couple of people have managed to get VMR9 support by upgrading their on board video drivers, but I suspect most wont be so lucky.

Thanks for the response. The issue is not using it with MVP, it is with running it on the PC. Looks like I'll need to look at the graphics card. A warning message saying needs VMR9 would certainly help. Thanks again.

Sorry. These posts being in the MVP forum caused this confusion.

I've added a warning message for this in the next release.
