PVRX2 submenus 1.0.16

For the most part submenus with less than 4 items are working perfectly. The only problem that I have seen is when there are only one subitem (besides back). In this case the back button will come into focus but when the other item should be highlighted the area is blank, but it still goes to the subitem correctly. At any rate, there is no point in one subitem in a submenu so I'm changing that, but thought I would report it anyway.
