That all looks like it's set up correctly.

Maybe try viewing something while recording another channel (so you get the "no tuners" error) then zip and attach your logs so someone can take a look.

That wasn't the system with the problems but an example of how it should look.Big Grin

One thing to try is to remove the "ticks" from say BBC1 on the first tuner and try to watch live BBC1. Then the same but on tuner 2 - this forces the system to use the only tuner that has that channel and will show which tuner is "unavailable".
