Which is the Best one out there vs. CPU usage and quality. I have not been able to find something that describes them the best my current options are

Cyberlink PDVD-7
HCW Mpeg-2 Video Decoder
System Default

[SIZE="2"]OS: XP Home[/SIZE]

It all really depends on your hardware setup...

I use the K-Lite Cyberlink PDVD7 for video and DVD, because somehow they are "free". They work for me with my Radeon X1300 video card. I've tried some other ones, but I just go back to the Cyberlink ones.

I've never personally tried the nVidia Purevideo decoders, but some say those are the best. But you have to pay for those.

I believe you can get a trial version of the Purevideo decoders as well... try em, and if they work well for ya, then buy em Wink
