failed to register

I had to reformated my computer and now when i try to install gbpvr it says
Quote:error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\PsiParser.ax failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact you support personnel what am i doing wrong i have .net 3.0 installed
