I have installed 1.0.16 release and setup GBPVR so it works fine with my computer, when I use the GBPVR version the interface looks great and live tv works fine without any flickering.
But when I use the PVRx2 version, the interface looks distorted, I can't even see the menu icons. And live tv flicker and pauses.

Since both program has the same setup program I can't see what see what the problem is, I have installed vcredist_x86.zip.

Can you post a screenshot so we can see what you mean?

What video card and CPU do you have?

It's a barebone computer with some built in SiS 651 graphic card, Celeron 2.6GHz / 512MB.

I zipped the screen shots so they don't become distored by resizeing.

Sorry, but I suspect your video card just isnt up to spec for the new PVRX2 user interface, which is very reliant on the video card's Direct3D capabilities. Most people are having to use an nvidia or ati graphics card.
