Motherboard with on board DVI

Building a HTPC for a friend. It will run 24/7 and the most stressed it will get is a dual tuner DVB-T.

I was therefore thinking AMD sempron as they are cheap and have cool and quiet. I would also prefer onboard graphics. Howeber my mates LCD TV only has DVI input.

Could anyone recommend something suitable.

there are many more some have HMDI but you can just use a HDMI to dvi cable
