Using MVP to schedule a recording problem

I had the same issue with 0.17i and still with 0.18 but when I schedule a recording using the MVP it shows up in the recording schedule but actually fails to record. If I use the pc to do the scheduling of the recording then this works fine, any ideas?

Hi herbs,

I have not experienced this problem. I can schedule from the MVP player. Have you tried both "Quick Rec" and "Record" options? Does anything get logged to the config files maybe indicating problems?

Well I had problems with my system with another programme so I loaded up a ghost image I had made previously and now scheduling from the MVP is now seems to be working

Well the irony is that the programme that caused me to do the ghost was also the programme that was stopping me from using the MVP as a scheduler.
