Problem with MVP and wireless router

Hello:

I recently purchased a wireless MediaMVP and it has worked successfully with GBPRV when hardwired through it's ethernet port. However, it won't work wirelessly, and even though the setup indicates it has acquired an ip address, I receive the message "Cannot obtain an ip address." I have tried all of the suggestions I have found here (broadcast SSID, turn off firewall, disabled QoS, disabled wireless multimedia support). I am using a Linksys
WRT54G with DDWRT firmware. Any ideas?

In the off-chance you are using mvpmc note it doesn't support WEP-64

I also have this exact problem, have tried everything but no luck. I upgraded my DD-WRT to the latest beta and then it stopped working. I have been using WEP128 and had it working prior to the upgrade, all other wireless devices work well (two iPOD Touch, three different laptops and my SonyEricsson G900). It's not such a big deal since I bought a NMT-A110 to the livingroom and was thinking of using the MVP in the bedroom, but it would be nice to get it working.

I have a Linksys WRT-54GL.

It's got to be some other setting - it doesn't work with encryption turned off. I'm going to try an unmodified Linksys router and see what happens.
