After a clean install of XP, I have almost got everything to work. But the TV part. It took a while to get the TV card going, But after a alteration in bda.ini (see post in hardware) that works. I get a lot of channels when I search, but no picture in GBpvr. It works in Pinnacle TV-center and even in MediaPortal.
I have tested most selections from System default to Cyberlink. Even upgraded Power DVD to a newer version. No picture. DVD and avi works fine, though...

Can you find something obvious in the errors in the logs I add?

Does it work in GBPVR.exe?

I'm wondering whether your on board video is no up to the direct3d requirements of PVRX2.

That was fast! Thanks.
It worked before I reinstalled it... It's a ATI radeon express 200 btw.
And No, it does not work in GBpvr either. "The tuner is busy"

If you enable live preview mode, does it work any differently?

Yes, with that enabled it works.

Is that the solution or just a quick-fix?
Should I start looking for a new graphics card as well?

Its a work around (and the default setting that most people use), but also all I had to go on without the recording service logs. If you repeat the problem and post a complete set of logs I'll look into it. (maybe as simple as not having set the live tv buffer directory in the config app - so check that)

I'm guessing it's unrelated to the graphics card which I suspected above.

:o

It was the tempdirectory... It was set, but to a folder that existed before i reinstalled XP. Changing that, did the trick.

I'll remember the recording logs, if I need help, the next time.
Thanks.
