Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 MCE

... has dual audio and single video ports on the back - What do I need to do to be able to run my PS2 through these ports (all cables already in hand) and therefore through the monitor?

Settings advice also would be required. Is GBPVR suitable for this?

You may well be disappointed for gameplay. The delay may well make it unusable as the pvr150 converts the analogue signal down to compressed mpeg and then the pc/video card converts it back to normal for the monitor.
This is all well and good for saving disk space when recording TV, but not what you want for playing games.
