No Settings available under pvrx2

I'm using GB-PVR in vista with my hauppauge 1600 and it's the best solution I've found by far. (I use a hava wireless with VMCE, and someday would like to have all three tuners in one happy gbpvr family, but that's for some other time).

For now: when I run pvrx2, 10.16, I have no settings tab under my settings menu. I have lots of different ways to turn off my computer (hibernate, standby, restart, etc...) and epg update but no settings. Any ideas?

Sorry if this has been asked, and I'm just inept at searching today, I did look.

I'm interested in being able to change to change skins from within, and customize/change community skin themes. (are there other ways to do this?)

There is no settings screen in the new user interface. Very few people used this in the old application so it was a low priority for me when I implemented the new interface. It'll probably make a return in a future release though.

All the same setting are available in the config app.
