Comskip, DVR-MS files, nothing happens?

I have Comskip(from babgvant's dvrmstoolkit) on my main machine with pvr-150's and using media center and it finds the files and does the commercial skip thing.

I copied over the 3 comskip files to my htpc, with an HVR-1600, and placed them in the gbpvr directory and recorded a program, in HD. When I played it back later, it did not skip the commercials. Looking in the directory that houses the dvr-ms file that was created, I did not see any of the usual log, and commercial files that I see on my main machine that Comskip leaves behind.

Any suggestions of what I might have done incorrectly?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Will do, when I get home tonight. Any particular log file? What folder would they be in?

The primary ones of interest are the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log.

For the moment you can not use comskip while recording on dvr-ms recordings.
I am debugging with some kind assistance a version that hopefully will be able to do that in the future.
Disable "comskip while recording" when using dvr-ms

I got it to work by adding a postprocessing.bat file. I copied in the one that came in the ComSkip Zip.

Thanks for this clarification, I ran into the same issue. I'll be watching for the update. Meanwhile, I'll try to get an mpeg mux to work properly. Watched the series with the crack of the bat coming 5 seconds after the swing. But the dvr-ms mux fixed that for the last game, but I lost real-time comskip. Going to try Cyberlink next, but if Comskip is upgraded to realtime with dvr-ms, that will be great!

Comskip build 111 can do realtime dvr-ms.
