MVP stutters when viewing recordings

I don't see a connect to the media stream so I think you might be forgetting to turn off Hauppauge services (since you say you have no firewall running).

I turned off two MVP services and that fixed my problem. When i repaired windows it must have turned them back on Auto start - thanks for your help - i'm sure ill be back.
