pause/resume capability

Is there a way I can pause something I have recorded, leave to go watch live tv, and then go back to the recording and automatically resume where I left off?

I guess I am looking for functionality similar to when you hit power on a dvd player, then turn it back on, it usually asks you if you would like to resume where you stopped.

Have a look in Config : Config\Misc\Prompt for Resume... see if it is selected.

I do it all the time, so it works. It doesn't automatically resume, but it asks if you want to resume. At least with recordings - it won't work with things it has to transcode to view.

I don't think it currently works when pausing a recording that is in progress, I understand this will be included in a future version.
