i have used this in the past and hated it so its not really an option
i will wipe out all my pending recordings i have found in the past this has helped get everything back in line

I'd try it with the settings I listed above. The <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible> setting has been fixed now, and does away with the need to have <PreferAlternatingCaptureSources> set to true.

ok sounds good i will give it a try
just one thing call me dumb (im sure im not the only one)
i just dumped both files is the patch in the gbpvr folder is this the right thing to to ?
if i was wrong could you tell me what i was meant to do
if it was right do you think you could just add a note to either the folder itself or just in the survival guide what to do with the files?

Just stop the software and copy the files into the GB-PVR directory, replacing the files of the same name.
