Crashing during playback of recorded show

Using V1.1.5. Crashes while playing back recorded show.

Same file also crashes Media Player but does not crash if viewed through video preview window in Vista. Makes me think something it passes to display in Media Center and GBPVR is corrupt (show title, etc.).
