Recording always need stream fixed

I recently upgraded to 1.016 from .99.
Whenever I record the time is off. Say I record 1 hour at Medium setting. It shows the correct storage (1.7GB) used but when I go to watch it will say it is 10 or 30 minutes, not 1 hour. After I run stream fix on it it will show the proper recorded time.
I have totally removed gbpvr, restarted the computer and re-installed
How do I fix this problem.

If you have a PVR150 or PVR500, then it'll be the timestamp bug with those devices. Fix is discussed here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=14006.
