No Video When Playing XviD Files

Last week, I was able to play XviD files through my MVP. They were working great, no issues whatsoever. Now, all of a sudden, all I get is the audio and a blank screen. I've tried rebooting everything, and tried on two different TVs. I can play mpg files just fine. I assume this must be something related to the on-the-fly transcoding. But only the video seems to be affected. Anyone have any ideas? I have attached my logs.

Forget it. I figured it out. Right after I posted, I remembered what I changed. Looks like you have to be careful with the following setting. I think I went too high on the resolution.

<MVPFFmpegTranscodeCmdLineNTSC>

Just an FYI... my CPU usage floats between 20% and 50% with one MVP watching XviD (with on-the-fly transcoding), and the other watching a recorded MPEG. It's actually not bad at all. On the XviD, the audio gets out of sych with the video sometimes, just barely. But a quick pause, then play seems to sync it right up. I know MPEG is the format of choice for the MVP. But, I like the XviD format as my long-term solution. So, for now, I think I'll live with the transcoding. Hopefully, someday we'll have a thin client like the MVP only with XviD/DivX support!
