.net framework error won't let me use gbpvr

So I just built a pc to use as a htpc. I threw windows 2000 on it sense it isn't that great of a pc.

Downloaded .net framework aswell as vcredist_x86.zip

trying to open up config gives me this

IF I click continue, config does open, though all the options are blank.

I tried reinstalling .net framework (1,2, and 3) aswell as gbpvr.

What else can I do?

I'm pretty sure that to use it on Windows 2000 also requires DirectX 9 to be installed, and an updated version of WMP.

thank you very much. I had dx9 but forgot to update wmp. That fixed the issue. Thanks again
