Crashing after PVRX2 Exit

Just added a Hauppauge 1600 card, added some more channels and that's it. Program crashes on exit.

I enabled flushing, but please let me know if i screwed this up somehow:

Same happens to me.
Half the times I exit PVXR2 it crashes.
No big problem
Using nvidia DualTV for recording set up for 12 channels

Same happens to me. I've seen mine crashing when changing channels on Live TV also. I've reinstalled GBPVR, but that didn't help. Fortunately it does not affect any other programs. I've programmed my remote to start PVRX2 again so I have a temporary solution.
