Recording Playback Crashes

I setup 1.1.5 on a newer PC and when I try to play recordings PVRX2 crashes. I was able to play the file when it was recording. I am also able to play older videos just fine. I have zipped the log files.

P4 2.8
1 GB mem
Nvidia GeForce 6200
HVR-1600
PVR 250

Any Ideas?

This is what I found in Event Viewer:

.NET Runtime 2.0 Error

Faulting application pvrx2.exe, version 1.0.0.0, stamp 00000038, faulting module ivivideo.ax, version 5.0.27.0, stamp 3f21a3dd, debug? 0, fault address 0x000376ad.

Any idea how to correct a .net problem without reinstalling Windows?

It seems to be crashing in the intervideo video decoder (ivivideo.ax), so I'd try using a different decoder

That's what I thought, I had it on CyberLink when I first had this problem.
