Hi
Maby this has been discussed before but i cant find it...

What about recording more than one channel at the same time? This can be done with media portal and fireDtv so gbpvr ? possible?

I´m using a firedtv/T and i know limitations are that the channels has to be on the same MUX (freq). It should also be possible to record encrypted channels.

Is it possible to use gbpvr to record encrypted channels from Boxer(Sweden) dvb-t and is it possible to recorde multiple channels at once using a fireDtv card and GBPvr
?

To record multiple channels with GB-PVR you need multiple cards.

Welcome to the forum Smile

Like sub said, recording multiple channels requires multiple capture cards. Recording several channels from the same mux is not implemented in gbpvr.

Recording encrypted channels is supported in gbpvr, but only with a phoenix capable smart card reader and using multidec plugin.

Ok, thaks.

Too bad this was the functions i was looking for and i like gbpvr.

I´m looking for a replacement for my old vcr, just a system to record tv-programs, not play them (i have a popcorn for that)

Now i have to look at media portal tv-server , but that requires much more cpu/memory to run and it´s missing web interface...

Someone have any other suggestion?

Thanks /Bjorn
