remote issues server 2003

i'm trying to get this remote to work, however, i have the Haupaguee IR service running, and i get nothing via gbpvr. the remote is working via the device manager.

i'm using the MCE edition remote with a PVR 150 Smile

everything BUT my remote works Sad

nope, i cant even mute the machine.
