Odd Line in Middle of LiveTV or Recording

Searched the forums, I found a couple of references, but no solutions to my problem.

Have the following hardware:

- Server: HVR 1600 capturing video via S-Video Analog, Athlon XP 2400+, 1.5 GB DDR, 30 GB OS Drive, 160 GB Capture Drive and SATA off Raid card 320 GB Archive Drive, GBPVR 1.1.5

- Client: Athlon Core Cuo TK-57, 2 GB DDR, GBPVR 1.1.5 streaming from Server over 802.11g

- Thin Client: MediaMVP, 100 Mbps wired, GBPVR Packaged dongle.bin


As some already know, I recently rebuilt the Server machine. Prior to rebuild, I did not have the thin client, but other than some network issues, my captures were just fine. After rebuild, with some tweaking and troubleshooting assistance from the board, everything is working very well with one exception. I am finding a horizontal line right across the middle of my recordings and LiveTV. The line is not constant. It flashes briefly every few seconds or so. I see the line via the Client's monitor or the TV hooked to the MVP. I took a recording, threw it up in Vegas Pro and found that the line is in the recording. Here is a snapshot of what I am seeing:



Again, I did not have this line prior to rebuilding the computer. Any suggestions/comments?
