HipSend

Hi folks,

I installed hip to control my stb through the Microsoft MCE IR Blaster.

I can NOT find the hipsend program.

It is not on the computer, where can I get a copy of it?

I got HIP working all except for sending the signals to the IR Blaster. I know it works since I can test it from the configuration screen in HIP.
