I'm having some problems switching inputs on the Hauppauge HVR-1600 card, using the GBPVR software.

First of all, I believe that the inputs are set correctly in the configuration, because video inputs will switch from S or Composite 1 to S or Composite 2. The problem is, using GBPVR, the audio will not switch between inputs 1 and 2. The audio stays on Input 1.

Using the supplied crappy WinTV software, the audio inputs switch fine. Of course, most of the recordings are lost then!

Please note that I am not using the tuner on these cards, as I am capturing NTSC video feeds from some satellite receivers.

Any help would be appreciated. I do not have a log to send you at this time, but I can get one soon.

Thanks

Scott

OK, I finally bought a HD TV. Glad I had some stuff recorded to watch!

To be honest, I'm not really surprised. I've only ever tested the first composite input on these cards. I dont have any connector for the extra inputs.

If you need one to get this to work, I'll be glad to send you one.

I guess it'd be useful to make sure it works. I'll PM you my mailing address. Thanks.
