Using GBPVR with FIOS

I apologize if this topic has been covered before. Perhaps someone has a link that will help explain what I'm attempting.

I currenly have analog cable and the Hauppauge PVR-150 and all works great. I do however wish to upgrade to FIOS, but I'm not sure if it's practical to use the PVR-150 with the Motorola box. Has anyone done this before and could explain how to get started and what I'll need to make this work

I'll preface this with "I've never used FIOS", and offer some generic advice. You can use the PVR-150 with the FIOS service, but you'll need an IR Blaster (hardware) in order to have GB-PVR change channels automatically. You'll also have to dedicate a FIOS decoder box to the PVR. Lastly, the PVR-150 is limited to SD quality video.
