Auto delete of orphaned files

I accidentally shutdown my machine in the middle of a recording. In the past when this happens some orphaned files were left behind and a new recording starts when the machine comes back up.

However 1.2.13 seems to clean up the orphaned files as they are all gone. I'd like to know if I can turn this feature off as I'm usually able to recover some parts of those recordings to watch.

look in config.xml for SecondChanceRecordings
if it's on then it was something else...and it usually only makes 2 of anything..never anymore..after 2 it overwrites first 2...
[hence only 'second' chance]

turn on, if off in config..
