Client refuses to playback recordings

I can't get a new 1.2.13 client install to work on my laptop. I've another client PC installed and running fine with a Nvidia GPU but this one has an ATI one (Mobility Radeon X1300).

I checked that the file shares are fine and I can play the dvr-ms recordings with Media Player but when I tried to play them with pvrx2 the logs say:-

System.MissingMethodException: Method not found

I get the same error when trying to play any local files too (eg. mpg, avi, ts...etc)

Has anyone encountered this before?

what video decoder are you using

Playback decoder is set to PDVD7. Mux is cyberlink 5.0.2202.

It sounds like you've somehow ended up with an old version of one of the application DLLs.
