I made a big change to the AC3 detection algorithm and Comskip no longer crashes on sample you uploaded.
Can you test build 142?

I tested on 3 long recordings from that channel - all 3 worked great for at least 3 minutes of analysis - far longer than it took to crash with v140. All showed video in the GUI - debug window. A fourth test is running now (has run about 10 minutes at this point) and I'll let it complete, but it looks like you've killed the bug!

Confirmed - it ran to completion, as did another 2 hour program from that channel.
