Still no joy. I'll try my method. It will make it difficult if Verizon changes their lineup again and I have to scan. I may just stick for now with 1.2.9 since it will let me scan. Glad I kept the last few version. Thanks for the help. Mark

Sub/Martin,
I just went through my process. I installed 1.2.9 and got it to scan and record. I then upgraded to 1.2.13 and cannot scan. The patch did not help me. I am stuck with 1.2.9. Hopefully the next version will fix the problem. Mark
