Sub,

I've found an error in the scheduling code, with recurring/pending/conflict code using 1.2.13.

My config has three tuners, 2 are uk freeview and 1 is UK Sky. It's using all three tuners. But somehow it's choosen to implement two recording on the sky card.

When I check Conflicts it's reporting all ok... I would expect that it reports a conflict. (I know works with a single card) now I've got multi cards I think the logic is select three recording and three tuners and thinking all is ok.

I've cleared the logs and dumped the EPG and cleared the pending recording and reloaded the EPG and it's the same.

Would you mind have a look.
I've screenshot the issue and zipped the logs.

If you need I've got my GBPVR.DB3 and the EPG for testing if you need them.

I'm no expert, but it looks like it thinks it can record bones on your nova-t tuner.
Double check your config ???

2008-10-16 19:03:37.218 VERBOSE [5] Possible capture device: DEVICE:Hauppauge PVR350:1

There looks to be a lot of database errors when scheduling as well.

I'll check it again.

Thats because I stopped everything (GBPVRTray, Recording Service etc) and deleted all the logs before I did a EPG update via the config tool.

Interesting. your right....

New Question

My problem comes to channel movements and name changes, where the EPG has introduced new channels into the lineup they have been enter into the database by default as Enabled on the Nova 500T card. But they have tuning value of Null.

Should the Capture Card be 'allowed' to schedule a recording on a Channel with a Tuning_Request of Null ?

here's my effected channels which I'll have to manual edit

Thinking on, ISTR having problems like this in the past.
I think it comes down to having the same epg source specified for multiple tuners. I have the same for Sky on a pvr150 and a nova-t-500. When a new channel pops up, it appears on all tuners and enabled, but with duff or zero tuning info.
I think I requested some time ago that new channels defaulted to not enabled for this reason, but for some reason, nothing happened.
I now check regularly the bottom of the source channel list for enabled channels with no tuning data to prevent this.

I keep an eye open on http://www.satellites.co.uk/satellite/b-...-a-15.html for changes and do them manually now. They are a damn nuisance moving channel numbers and even worse when changing names!
