Hello,
I just got installed 2 Hauppauge 2250 in my HTPC. One is allocated to tune into QAM channels and the other is used just for analog cable channels. When I go from QAM channels to analog I lose sound. It does not happen when I switch from analog to QAM. I've attached the logs but I didn't see any errors. I've also tried different audio decoders including the ac3filter and other different configurations.

Let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks.

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm running Vista 32.

Maybe try setting your audio renderer back to 'system default'.

I do not know if it is still required but didn't we have to add the following to the config.xml to fix this when using timeshift.

Code:
<AlwaysRestartTimeshiftGraphOnChannelChange>true</AlwaysRestartTimeshiftGraphOnChannelChange>

I've tried all the audio renderers system default is what I usually use.

I've tried changing the config.xml AlwaysRestartTimeshiftGraphOnChannelChange parameter without success. Please let me know of anything else I should try.
Thanks.

Do you have audio if you start on an analog channel?

Yes I have audio when starting in Analog and I still have audio when I switch to QAM, but once I switch back to analog I lose audio. So basically anytime I switch from QAM to analog I lose audio. The only way to bring it back is to restart PVRX.
Thanks.
