Using Cyberlink codec for video or live tv playback if we press any buttons on the remote like pause, ff, stop, prev, etc the screen freezes and I have to use task manager to end the PVRX2 process thread. The VMR and Overlay settings do not change the behavior. Also noticed occasionally video will not even start to play initially.
Using the nvidia codec is better if I use VMR FSE for best results but still have issues with playback occasionally not starting (black screen) and my machine sometimes struggles with VMR. Overlay and nvidia codec used to work best on my HTPC server but now that combination has same or similar issues as the cyberlink codec (e.g. freezes when you try to pause or exit video playback and live tv).
