Pinnacle PCTV 3010iX no channels on scan

I have 2x PCTV Dual Hybrid Pro 3010iX cards, and i can't get channels to show up.

Opened TVCenter Pro provided by pinnacle and watched tv, it works well and the program shows signal quality is 100 but considering its digital i guess its not much to go on

openedgbpvr config > capture sources tab > Add > Name set to C1T1 > recording source: Digital Recording Plugin > EPG Source: DVB EPG Broadcast > Recording source settings.

The devices in the machine are shown up as BlackGold BGT3540 DVB-T > device number 1 > all regions > and all channels > Ok to exit the dialogue

Update EPG > Save EPG?: OK > window pops up saying its scanning, but no channels

Edit: I also clicked map digital channels to epg channels and i get: GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device that you have configured.... Clicking Ok then says:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error.. i clicked continue and tried these but none worked:

Am i doing something wrong?

(Everything on GBPVR has been configured nicely but left tuners to last after reading about the success other on the forum had, guess i should have thought about it first)

I also have an old Nova-T card, but i can't find the drivers for it, i found some drivers which ended up creating 2 new entries in the dropdown showing tuner cards for a 909 card and a technotrend card, neither of them worked, they also behaved like this, no channels when scanning

That extract from the config log looks more like a satellite tuning request rather than a DVB-T one.

You've picked a slightly bad time to have problems - the boss is away for a while, but is checking in fairly regularly.

Installed, then installed gbpvr, first scan went fine, then it broke, then i deleted GBPVR from f:\program files\ then tried to reinstall, it failed, no matter what i tried the program would refuse to let me re-install it. it'd almost finish but then roll back the changes

I HAVE CHANNELS!!!!

but only 2 of the tuners work, i have 2 cards and they are dual DVB-T devices so i should have 1 to 4 tuning but only 1 and 2 work, 3 and 4 do not. Hm... maybe i should add the first and second device twice.

Ok well live-tv playback is messed up, cpu usage is very small, even trying the nvidia purevideo decoder for some hardware acceleration, but its still choppy, investigating now
