2 issues Lost Channel and Green "slime" on top of other channel

I have two issues that I want to report that I am not sure what is going on.

1. I lost 13.1 13.2 13.3 QAM channels WQED-HD and two sub channels. I looked in the logs and could not see anything that stuck out. I attached the logs.

2. 11.1 WPXI QAM has green "Slime" is about the only way I can describe it at the top of the screen. Watching a saw with not much movement it stays at the top only, sometimes with a lot of movement it will move down the screen and then back up.

Neither of these issues are seen in WINTV or through the QAM tuner in my TV.

I am running 1.3.7 with a Haupauge 2250. Let me know if you need more info.

1. What do you mean by "lost"? If your cable company moved the channels around, you will need to rescan and remap those channels.

2. Can you post a screenshot?

Sorry I didn't explain lost very well. The channel show ups in the TV Guide and can tune to it in Live TV, but all I get is a blank screen. I did a rescan in GBPVR and it found the channel on the same freq. but it was still black. I did not have to rescan in WINTV or my QAM tuner in the TV, to find it again it is just not blank.

Does the channel display in WinTV?

Map the channel again from the new scan. It's most likely that even though the frequency didn't change, the PID numbers did. To map it again, when you expand the dropdown, it lists your current mappings first and then there should be a second entry for the channel lower down on the list. That second entry will be the new scan entry.

As for the green line, it's most likely the video decoder you are using.

Thank you very much for the help. I didn't realize a rescan would fix it since the it was still showing up in WinTV. Also, changed the Video decoder to fix the other issue.
