Channel scan and dual monitors

It took me a while to work this one out: I was having trouble doing a channel scan, it would always lock up at the point where it should have found the first channel (with the new 1.3.7 it locks up as soon as the scan starts, not only when it should have found a channel), leaving me unable to do anything but kill the process via Task Manager. It turns out that this happens every time when the window is on my second monitor, even though I can use GBPVR to watch TV on either monitor just fine. If I put the window on my primary monitor then it will successfully scan all channels.

Specs are:
Windows XP SP3
Athlon 64 X2 4000+
4GB RAM
nVidia 8600GTS, 175.19 drivers

Just thought I'd bump this because it still happens with the new 1.3.11.

Maybe the preview window in the channel scan is not supported by your nvidia card on the second monitor (I can't rember if it's an overlay or not)

Edit: forget that, I remember using my secondary monitor to do channel scans quite a bit.

I've tried here with the ATI card in this machine and it seems to be working ok for me. I'm not really sure what I'd need to fix to resolve that one.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you debug it.
