Unable to install GB PVR

I am hoping some one can help. I am unable to successfully install GB PVR, at the end of the installation the following 6 errors occur and GB PVR does not install successfully.

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\GBPVRWriter.ax failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\PsiParser.ax failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\WSTSRTDigital.ax failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\GBPVRTS Reader.ax failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\scflt.dat failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\GBPVRTSMon.ax failed to register HRESULT-2147010895

I am using Win XP Pro SP3 Net 2.0 and Runtime update

AMD Athlon 64X2 4200, 4 gig ram

I am installing using a friends copy of GBPVR, their installation is running well.

I'm fairly sure you dont have vcredist_x86 installed.
