Its really odd... everything works as it should, menu's come up and I can start the movie with out a problem. Remote works as it should.

Once the movie is playing, I cannot skip, ff, rw, pause, stop.... you get the drift. I have no control. I have to reboot the box or CTR+ALT+DEL and stop the PVRX2 process as it shows not responding. If I kill the process and restart PVRX2 it runs fine until I want to "control" a movie again.

I am running the latest version of PVRX2 that sub posted, MCE usb receiver and a Logitech Harmony remote.

Anyone have any idea's... I'm lost as to where to start.

A common cause of this is using an old version of the Cyberlink decoder which was incompatible with VMR.

Good call.... I think I am using PowerDVD 5.0.

I'll have to see what I can find around here for decoder's.

Thanks sub... you rock man. Big Grin

There were also some registry settings that could be applied to older cyberlink decoders to enabled VMR9 support, but I cant remember the exact details. A forum search or google might turn up the details.
