Searched the forum but couldn't find this exact problem. Hoping someone can help.

I upgraded from a PVR-150 and GBPVR 0.98.08 to an HVR-2250 and GPBVR 1.3.7. Analog seems to work OK, but I'm having trouble mapping digital channels.

Tried following the wiki best I could. In an attempt to reduce possible conflicts, I removed the analog recording source, set up only 1 digital recording source, updated EPG using a digital xmltv file. The channel listing shows digital channels. I enabled a few to test, hit “Map digital channels to EPG channels”, get:

“Unhandled exception has occurred in your application……..Attempted to read or write protected memory…”

GBPVR continues scanning to 68 channels, but results in “No channels found…” Config log enclosed.

Appreciate the help.

Can you also post the config.exe.log?

included screenshot of popup error and fresh log files. If I repeat the mapping process, sometimes, it will find a chanel or two. Made me think the signal strength may not be strong enough, but HDTV work great.

Thanks.

I seemed to have fixed it (mostly). I completely removed previous version of GBPVR and installed new, re-configed, updated EPG, started getting ATSC channels during the scan. Repeated scans get slightly different channel set.

Now on to figuring out which codec will allow for smooth playback...
