Yes file size seems about the same as mpeg2.

Looked at logs appears to show the same full set of pids

You wont be able to tell from the GB-PVR log files which pids are contained in the file. The log message might log slightly different info, including some information about the PIDs passed in on the tuning request, but its not significant.

So in summary, it sounds like TS Mux is recording correctly, but Cyberlink mux isnt. This will because either, the pids in the tuning request isnt a match with the pids that are currently being used in the broadcasts, or the Cyberlink mux doesnt like something in the stream. Easiest fix is to stick with the TS Mux. Otherwise you could try different versions of the Cyberlink mux, or try to make sure your tuning request contains the correct info.

Hi sub,

I've fixed it! well channel Five at least.

I did try a newer version of cyberlink muxer, it did SHOW all the pids - however it did'nt work either.

I use v1307 because it works with my mvp very well.

What i've found the problem is when I've done a scan there appears to be 2x Channel Five's in the scan.cache

I found this in the scan.cache file

T:10773,H,22000,56~NID:32~ONID:2~TSID:2045~P:6335~V:5400~A:5401~L:eng~PMT:256~TXT:5404~PCR:5400~N:>Five

T:10964,H,22000,56~NID:32~ONID:2~TSID:2057~P:7700~V:2305~A:2306~L:eng~PMT:257~TXT:2308~E:T~PCR:2305~N:>Five

When mapping the channels in the config program, it appears it does not matter which channel five i pick i always get the last id(10964)

I deleted that from the scan.cache and went back into the mapping program to now find id(10773).

That fixed it.Big Grin

Now to try some other channels.

The second one, with the "~E:T" in the tuning request is an encrypted channel, and not the one you need.

Glad to hear you got there in the end...

Thanks sub, I will now delete all the channel from the scan file that has
"~E:T" in it.

Thanks again
