You most likely need to add the Monogram AAC decoder to you machine to audio. Google it.

TV3 missing is probably because you're either scanning the wrong frequency, or marginal signal. Try scanning 'all countries / all regions'.

ok, i used the 'all regions' 'all countries' and it picked up some other channels, but TV3 still didnt get detected. The sound works now too, but its jumpy as, keeps skipping.. could be an encryption thing? a set-top box I bought today picks it up.

i think i installed that Monogram AAC decoder properly, i just put it in the windows\system32 folder and registered it? 'regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\monogram.ac shift+control+enter (vista) ?

I dont know how good the tuner is on your HP device, but the signal might be too marginal for it to lock the TV3 signal.

Do you get C4? Its on the same frequency.

Yeah C4 is not there either. Must be the tuner, i'll see if HP knows any more details about it.

hp didnt give me any sugggestions. ok i got tv3 after i plugged in an amplifier i have, and that improves the signal, not much loss, but the audio drops out on all the channels except for 3 and 4
