Well that didn't work....it still comes out 5:4

Is that setup in the xml file???

the profiles are defined in the config.xml file.

Then to see your recordings in the video library, you define your recordings folder under directories in config.exe.

Ok i add this '-s 640x368 -aspect 16:9' to both lines and get an aspect of 1.77:1 which is fine but the quality drops quite a bit...I'm going to do some more testing to see if I can get it any better

You might not need the -aspect command. Maybe just use -s 640x368 or one of the ones below...
