It should maintain the aspect ratio of the original video. You might add this to the code...

Code:
-aspect 16:9

Be sure to add it twice like the other code appears in the .bat file.

Well that didn't work....it still comes out 5:4

Ok i add this '-s 640x368 -aspect 16:9' to both lines and get an aspect of 1.77:1 which is fine but the quality drops quite a bit...I'm going to do some more testing to see if I can get it any betterSmile

You might not need the -aspect command. Maybe just use -s 640x368 or one of the ones below...

From FFmpeg Documentaion...

`-s size'
Set frame size. The format is `wxh' (ffserver default = 160x128, ffmpeg default = same as source). The following abbreviations are recognized:
